The $150.00 free-shipping threshold is based on your qualifying product subtotal after discounts and promotions (bundle pricing, promo/referral codes, membership discounts) -- not the original retail subtotal. Orders under that threshold ship for a flat $15.00; orders at or above it ship free within the U.S. A tracking number is added once your order is fulfilled.

Every tracked domestic order includes free shipment protection automatically -- there's nothing to add or select. It covers loss in transit and documented transit damage, subject to the terms in the Shipment Protection Policy.

Every product page links to available Certificates of Analysis in its Documentation tab. You can also search the full COA library by product, batch number, laboratory, or status.

Some products are still being finalized and display “Price coming soon.” These items cannot be added to a cart or purchased until pricing is configured.

Yes. Checkout supports both guest checkout and creating an account. Creating an account lets you view order history and save addresses for next time.
