Shipping methods and rates

Each shipping method has its own free-shipping threshold, evaluated independently against your qualifying product subtotal AFTER all applicable product discounts and promotions (quantity/bundle pricing, promo or referral codes, and membership discounts) have been applied -- never the original retail subtotal. Choosing a faster method never gives it Standard’s threshold, and you may always choose a slower method you’re eligible for.

  • Standard shipping: $15.00, free on qualifying (post-discount) product subtotals of $150.00 or more.
  • Priority shipping: $20.00, free on qualifying (post-discount) product subtotals of $200.00 or more. Available only for eligible contiguous-U.S. street addresses.
  • 2-business-day shipping: $25.00, free on qualifying (post-discount) product subtotals of $250.00 or more. Available only for eligible contiguous-U.S. street addresses.
  • Membership fees and taxes never count toward any method’s free-shipping threshold. Shipment protection is free and never a line item.
  • Points redeemed toward payment are a form of tender, not a reduction to the product subtotal, and do not affect free-shipping eligibility.

Processing and delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Delivery times begin once your order ships (a tracking number is provided by email at that point), vary by carrier, destination, and selected method, and are estimates only -- never guaranteed. Choosing a faster method changes carrier transit speed only, not how quickly Refinalis itself processes your order.

Availability by address type

Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO Box addresses, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and international destinations only ever see the shipping methods genuinely available to them -- an expedited method with an inaccurate fixed transit time is never offered for an address it can’t actually serve. Eligibility is determined from your shipping address at checkout and re-verified when your order is placed.

International shipping

International shipping is not currently offered.
