Refinalis Research Sciences organizes product records, batch identifiers, and available analytical documentation in one clear system so researchers can review relevant information before ordering. This page explains how that system works today, and what to expect as documentation is added.
Batch-linked records
Every variant carries a distinct batch number that ties back to its documentation record, so you can confirm which report matches which vial.
Independent documentation
Analytical documentation is intended to come from independent, third-party laboratories rather than in-house claims.
Central COA library
All available Certificates of Analysis live in one searchable library, filterable by product, batch, date, and laboratory.
Transparent status
Every document is labeled Available, Pending, Archived, or Replaced — nothing is presented as verified before it actually is.
What documentation looks like
Certificates of Analysis are uploaded per batch through the admin dashboard as they become available. No purity percentages, identities, or laboratory findings are shown for a batch until a real Certificate of Analysis has been uploaded for it — a product’s Documentation tab and the COA library always reflect the same underlying records.
