Eligibility and permitted use

All products offered on this site are sold strictly for laboratory research use by qualified researchers, laboratories, and institutions. Placing an order confirms that you are purchasing for permitted research purposes only, consistent with the Research-Use Policy.

Orders and pricing

• Product listings, pricing, and availability may change without notice.
• Products without a configured price cannot be purchased and display “Price coming soon.”
• Order confirmation does not guarantee product availability; we will notify you of any changes.

Payment

Live payment processing will be enabled once a payment processor is fully configured and approved. This section will then describe accepted payment methods, billing practices, and applicable taxes.

Shipping and shipment protection

Every tracked domestic order includes free shipment protection automatically. See the Shipping Policy and Shipment Protection Policy for complete terms governing delivery and coverage. Confirming an order at checkout does not excuse Refinalis from correcting an item we shipped incorrectly; it does mean the stated cancellation/return rules apply if you selected the wrong product, strength, quantity, variant, or address and we fulfilled it exactly as confirmed.
