Because our products are intended for laboratory research use and their integrity depends on unbroken storage conditions, most sales are final once an order has shipped.

Eligible returns

  • Items that arrive damaged in transit — see the Shipment Protection Policy if protection was purchased.
  • Orders shipped in error (wrong product or amount).
  • Unopened, unshipped orders canceled before fulfillment.

Not eligible

  • Change of mind after an order has shipped.
  • Products that have left cold-chain or specified storage conditions.

How to request a return

Contact support@refinalis.example with your order number within a placeholder window of 7 days of delivery. Approved returns are resolved by replacement or refund at our discretion.
